The study is about evaluating the effects of three remineralising agents i.e. Casein Phosphopeptide - Amorphous Calcium Phosphate [CPP-ACP], Sodium fluoride varnish and Tricalcium phosphate (TCP) on dentin. objective this to see which have a better effect In study, thirty freshly extracted human central incisors are selected with exposed labial surfaces each tooth divided into four quadrants treated following agents. They as follows:- Part A used Control unit, B applied (TCP), C [CPP-ACP] D varnish. Then teeth will be examined under microscope evaluated accordingly. purpose compare dentin layering new coat surface attrited surface.
